A Ukrainian is accused of fraud for studying at school and entering a college under a false name after his visa expired

A Ukrainian, who called himself with a false name and pretended to be a school student, pleaded guilty in a number of criminal charges. Namely, of fraud. A 23-year-old Arthur Samarin could face up to 40 years in prison, and after serving his sentence - deportation.

The Ukrainian young man studied at the High school of Pennsylvania under a false name Asher Potts, later entered a college in Florida. When he was in college police found that he was actually older than he declared, being a citizen of Ukraine whose short-term visa has expired long ago.
