Pope Francis opened the 70th Session of UN Generally Assembly.
"Here we are moving towards to our ultimate goal, which is to turn all countries to real and equal participation in global decision-making. This need for greater equality is especially important in regard to the bodies, where there is an effective executive capacity, as Security Council for example, or financial institutions, groups, mechanisms, which are specially designed for the purposes of fighting economic crisis. This will limit any abuse or usurpation, especially with regard to the developing countries. International financial institutions need to keep their eye on sustainable development of problematic countries and it should not be allowed that these countries become strangled by systems of credits.
