Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has declared that Ukraine is opened to "transfer the victorious Ukraine’s Armed Forces experience in a hybrid war." The president's speech has surprised many. So, it turns out that we have already won, but many people do not know about this? Probably because yesterday Zakharchenko proclaimed Donetsk the capital of a certain “Malorossiya”, and Kyiv as its "cultural center."

But let us turn to the victorious experience. Ilovaysk, Debaltsevo, Saur-Mohyla, fields near Krasnodar - these points on the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) map hardly speak of our victory. But these are key points (along with the truly victorious liberation of Mariupol, Slovyansk, and Kramatorsk). OK, you will say, it was in 2014, when the Ukrainian army was just learning to fight, that is why it has suffered such terrible losses. However, then our army was on an offensive, and now the authorities openly admit that there is no will for the military liberation of Donbas. But there is no reason for it, because tens of thousands of our fighters will perish. So, maybe there is a victory in the current status quo, when every day one or two soldiers die, and the front rests on the "Minsk line"?

Someone would say that the war is hybrid and that the front can be not necessarily on the battlefield. This could be an information war (someone else doubts that Russia is the most important and most successful propagandist in the world?), technological (virus "Petya"). But the president talks about the army. I do not in any way deny a lot of positive changes in the army, reforms, support of other states. But the president is talking about something else.

Many centuries ago, military theorists of the past have reasonably noticed that the war ends either with the victory of one of the parties to the conflict, or with the signing of peace. Ukraine has achieved none of them. Where is our victory? What kind of victorious experience did our president intend to transfer to the Georgians? Georgia has also got such a "victorious experience" - a military defeat at the beginning of the campaign and unrecognized pseudo-republics on its territory, supported by Russia. What new can Ukraine offer to it?

Victory means returning territories under the control of Kyiv and the restoration of Donbas. It is still very far away. In this case, maybe, we are not ready to export the "victorious experience." At least until the onset of this very victory.
