Imagine the situation: Washington, the U.S., 100 meters from the Capitol, former U.S. Vice President, who is to run for president in three years, standing against current president, who has been sitting in the White House for 15 years already, is four times shot in the back. Immediately after the murder, FBI dismantles all the cameras on the Capitol Hill and replaces them with others, and declares the video of murder to be a state secret.
Arrested suspects are some outcasts from California. After the assassination, the U.S. president disappears for a week, does not hold a special speech, while talking to journalists just briefly mentions that the perpetrators are arrested, and the person, who booked the murder, is unknown, and probably he would not be found.
Lawyers of the murdered official’s family suspect that it was the U.S. president, who booked the murder. The first perpetrators of this affair is the governor of California, whose political mentor is the U.S. president, sitting in the White House for 15 years already. Attorneys and investigators insist on questioning the governor of California, as well as his deputies. The Governor gives the orde to open fire on defeat, if the FBI or other Feds cross the border of California. Additionally, he sends his deputies to one of the Latin American countries, giving them unimpeded departure from the international airport of Los Angeles.

As stated in the complaint, Kadyrov was personally acquainted with Zaur Dadayev and Beslan Shavanov, who were blamed in Nemtsov murder. Zaur Dadayev and Beslan Shavanovym (blew himself up with a grenade as police tried to detain him). These men had been for long years under his direct supervision. According to Janna Nemtsova and her attorney, "taking into consideration the nature of Kadyrov’s statements and his conflict with Nemtsov, head of Chechnya may possess some information not only about the perpetrators, but also about the organizers and instigators of the crime".
Janna Nemtsova drew attention to the statements of Kadyrov. "Olga Tikhomirova, assistant and press secretary of Boris Nemtsov, knew that Ramzan Kadyrov threatened Nemtsov. April 13, she gave evidence relevant to the investigation," said Janna.
I argue that Russian President Putin is personally sabotaging the investigation, and this is a criminal and civil offense. The reasons are clear.
