Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will allocate over to 1,8 million dollars to Lviv state administration for solid waste disposal. This was announced by Ukraine’s Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman at government’s session.
“I promised that we will not leave you, I'm telling this to the Lviv residents, I believe that it was constructive that Lviv administration took on this task, and now is engaged in transportation and utilization of waste. For this purpose we allocate 1,850 000 dollars the state administration, as promised, but I believe that 100% of all projects has to be financed by Lviv budget,” he said.
As it was reported earlier Lviv administration will take upon itself the garbage problem. Andriy Sadovy called the proposition to allocate money from city budget a ‘ransom.’
