Antonov state-run enterprise (Ukraine) and Reliance, the group of companies based in India, have good chances to win the tender for modernization of Ukraine’s passenger aircraft. Ihor Polykha, Ukraine’s ambassador in India, said this in an interview with Apostrof outlet.

According to him, in April, the sides signed a memorandum where they stated intentions to join the tender, which is on the early stage now; the next stage will be launched this autumn. The owner of the Indian company reckons that the modernized Ukrainian passenger aircraft will be in great demand in India and other countries.
