Parliament’s Regulatory committee considers groundless the filing on lifting deputy’s immunity of Oles Dovhy.

“The Committee believes that filing on granting the consent to bring to justice people's deputy of Ukraine Oles Dovhy, supported by the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko on June 21... contains significant shortcomings in evidence of the abuse of power by Dovhy on the post of Kyiv City Council secretary,” Pavlo Pynzenyk said.

The Committee decided to direct the decision and Dovhy’s explainations to the Verkhovna Rada chaiman.
