At the moment Bitcoin doesn’t have a specific legal status in Ukraine. In some countries Bitcoin operations are officially allowed. Usually they are seen as goods or investment assets and are subjected to tax under the corresponding legislation. In some countries Bitcoin is recognized as a currency.
