Japan presents winter uniform for Ukrainian police

The Japanese government handed the Ukrainian police 9,500 kits of new winter uniform. Ukraine’s Interior Minister Arsen Avakov and Japanese ambassador in Ukraine Shigeki Sumi were present at the ceremony that took place in Kyiv on Friday.  

‘We received a grant from the Japanese government supposed to provide technical assistance for the policemen. These are 9.5 thousand kits of winter uniform; it is well designed and fits right, it’s a great winter clothing for the police employees working in small towns and villages’, Arsen Avakov said.
