Germany to contribute to Ukraine €72 million

Germany will contribute to Ukraine another bailout package of €72 million. These funds are supposed to assist Ukraine's economic development, energy efficiency programs and assistance to internally displaced persons. This was reported by the Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Maxim Nefyodov on his Facebook page.

'We got funding after two days of negotiations with the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development', he wrote.

Earlier, USA Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch noted the progress in prosecution of corruption in Ukraine.
