European Investment Bank allocated €400 million credit to Ukrainian Ministry of Finance

The loan is allocated for banking sector, small and medium-sized business

Ministry of Finance of Ukraine received a €400 million loan from the European Investment Bank for development of commerce banks, small and medium-sized enterprises, it is said in the report of the official press.

“Ministry of Finance will receive a loan. The €400 million loan will be directed at development of commerce banks, private sector, projects of small and medium-sized business, projects of social and economic infrastructure, including energy efficiency and climate change adaptation projects”, - it is said in the report.

Projects, receiving loans, must meet requirements of the European Investment Bank.
