Konstantyn Yeliseev, the deputy head of the Ukraine Presidential Administration and Russia’s presidential aide Vladislav Surkov will meet tonight in Minsk with participation of the OSCE Representative, "Interfax-Ukraine" informs.

"The meeting is planned to take place in the capital of Belarus. Russian presidential aide Vladislav Surkov and Deputy Head of Presidential Administration of Ukraine Konstantyn Yeliseev along with the OSCE representative will participate in it," the source says, stressing that the meeting is carried out under the auspices of "Normandy format".

According to him, the sides are to discuss issues relating to political and diplomatic methods of settlement of the conflict in Donbas.
