In the Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone two Ukrainian soldiers were killed and two injured. This was reported by Ministry of Defence of Ukraine spokesperson Andriy Lysenko during the briefing, broadcast by 112 Ukraine TV Channel.

According to him, the situation towards Luhansk direction worsened again in Popasna Raion. During the day the enemy frequently used light weapons, and after sunset used mortars and guns. Ukrainian troops opened fire in response.

Additionally, shelling took place in Stanytsia Luhanska and the surrounding area, as well as in the Staryi Aidar. Taking into account aggressive actions of the militants, separation of forces in Stanytsia Luhanska is still not possible.

In Mariupol direction over the past day mortar attacks by the enemy took place only in two points - Krasnogorivka and Vodiane. More than 80 mortar shells were launched on ATO forces.

In general, the enemy breaks silence regime across the front line. At the same time, Ukrainian troops opened fire in response on all major lines.
