Advisor to the head of the Security Service of Ukraine Yuriy Tandyt noted the importance of holding the meeting of the Trilateral Contact group subgroup on Humanitarian Affairs for the settlement of the situation in the Donbas region on Wednesday in Minsk.

"The negotiations in Minsk will continue from tomorrow, and for us they are of great importance. We're moving towards implementation of the roadmap", Tandyt said.

According to him, all the subgroups will return to work in Minsk.

"The part of our delegation on the security issues has already departed for Minsk. We are going to implement those points that were made in Minsk, including the withdrawal of troops. I guarantee you that disarmament process in any way will not harm the local population. We explain to them why some work is carried out and for what reason. It is very important for us to implement these actions and see how it will work. This is the first point. There is a plan to fulfill the other items on the withdrawal of the troops, we will do them too", Tandyt assured.
