Russian servicemen stationed in Crimea are building base camps on the administrative border with Ukraine. Oleg Slobodyan, Assistant Head of Ukraine’s State Border Guard said this at a Thursday briefing in Kyiv.

‘The construction works of a new base camp of a tactical group of the 247th Airborne Assault Regiment are underway. The works are conduced near Filatovka village in Crimea. The frontline outposts and an artillery camp are under construction’, the official said.
