‘According to the data feed provided by the reconnaissance, the enemy began to withdraw his troops from Stanytsia Luhanska. We know for sure that the HQ of their 11th battalion of the 2nd Army Brigade ordered them to move to the south from Stanytsia Luhanska. The military intelligence controls all the processes there and monitors the situation so that our military leadership is timely informed of the enemy’s actions’. Vadym Skybytsky, Deputy Chief of Ukraine’s military intelligence said this in interview with 112 Ukraine TV channel.

He also stated that the OSCE observers adhere to their commitments in Stanytsia Luhanska. ‘Their observers and drones actually work there. Theta’s their responsibility and they control the situation in this area’, Skybytsky said adding that in case of any violations of the disengagement of forces, they Ukrainian troops will react adequately.
