‘The Ministry’s convoy with humanitarian aid for Donbas moves on to the Russian border. There are over 40 vans carrying some 400 tons of humanitarian cargo, mainly food, medicine and construction material. The convoy will proceed through Matveyev Kurgan checkpoint’, the Russian authoritative agency said.

It’s been 53rd humanitarian convoy sent from Russia to occupied territories of Donbas. The Ukrainian government has repeatedly claimed that pro-Kremlin militants prevent Ukrainian border guards and OSCE observers from inspecting the contents of these convoys. That, Kyiv says, evokes suspicions that the convoys actually contain goods for militants.
