Russia began to build the route Tavrida in occupied Crimea as TASS reports.

The 280 km road will connect Kerch, Simferopil and Sevastopil with the bridge across the Kerch Strait to Russia.

It is planned to finish the building of the four-lane highway till the end of 2020 but it is also planned to finish the building of four of six bits of the road till the end of 2018.

The Russian authorities esteemed the building of the route of 1.5 billion of dollars.

Also, Russia builds the bridge in Kerch Strait. The government of Ukraine broke an agreement with Russia of the joint construction of the Kerch Strait Bridge when Russia annexed Crimea. The Prosecutor’s Office of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea claimed that the building of the Bridge would lead to the environmental disaster.
