Red Cross sent 8.6 tons of medicines to Donbas

On April 20, the Red Cross also sent 18 trucks with humanitarian aid to ORDLO

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) sent 8.6 tons of medical supplies to the uncontrolled territory of Donbas. This was reported by the press service of the State Border Service of Ukraine.

"One truck from the mission of the International Committee of Red Cross traveled through the Novotroitske checkpoint to the uncontrolled territory, transporting goods for the residents of the Donetsk region with a total weight of 8.6 tons," the message reads.

We recall, on April 20, the Red Cross also sent 18 trucks with humanitarian aid to ORDLO.

Earlier The Foreign Ministers of the four Normandy format countries agreed on providing access of International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) members to the prisoners held now in Donbas territory.
