Representatives of the Red Cross and the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe do not have access to the Ukrainian prisoners in the Donbas region. The Vice Speaker of the Ukrainian Parliament Iryna Gerashchenko told this to the TV channel "112 Ukraine".

"We are concerned that our hostages can not get access to the Red Cross. The OSCE does not have access too and we will insist on granting it in Minsk", Iryna Gerashchenko said.
