The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission’s representatives will hold negotiations with Russia-backed militants soon. The topic of the discussion will be ways to implement the Minsk agreements and relevant options that could be offered by the Russian mercenaries.

The Mission tweeted that on Friday afternoon, referring to the Mission’s Deputy Head Alexander Hug, who said he was ‘glad to hear them both emphasize the need for the implementation of Minsk agreements’.

The SMM added they were ‘ready to facilitate dialogue 24/7 with anyone ready to solve the conflict peacefully’.
