Fighters of the self-styled 'Donetsk People’s Republic' shot at the drone launched by the OSCE SMM, as the UAV performed reconnaissance flight over the area controlled by the militants.

The Mission’s observers reported that the drone was attacked from Pikuzy village, which lies in the no man’s land in Donetsk region, but actually is held by the pro-Russian mercenaries.

The OSCE patrol, which reached the site in Pikuzy, was detained by the militants who threatened to confiscate the video footage from the drone; this is a breach of Minsk agreements, OSCE SMM said in their commentary on the issue.
