Police Mission can enter Donbas only with the consent of two parties - Kyiv and Moscow. This was emphasized by the Deputy Minister on occupied territories George Tuka on 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"When we use the term "police mission" it is not the same thing as the UN peacekeeping forces. Those are different things. The Police Mission, as well as peacekeepers can enter only in case of the good will of both parties to the conflict. Without the consent of both parties no white helmet can appear in the area. One side is Kyiv, the second is Moscow ," Tuka said.
