According to militants’ Leader in Donetsk Zakharchenko, Ukrainian enterprises entered external administration because of the fact that Ukraine has not complied with the ultimatum to lift the blockade of Donbas.

The Russian Federation reacted to the corresponding application. In particular, the President's Press Secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the self-proclaimed republic can be understood, RIA Novosti reports.
