The observers of the OSCE SMM including the Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug could not pass the road to Svitlodarsk due to the danger of the explosion. The OSCE SMM reported this at Twitter.

'Hug and others could not pass the road to Svitlodarsk. The sides did not remove the mines and the ammunition that did not exploded', the OSCE claimed.

It is noted that the representatives of the Joint Center on Control and Coordination did not agree the actions.

The Russia-backed militants of the 'so-called' Donetsk People's Republic did not let the patrol of the OSCE SMM to cross the border and claimed that Sedove village in Donetsk region that is at the uncontrolled by Ukraine territory 'is the borderland and has the special status of entry and departure functions there'.
