Both warring sides in the Donbas conflict fail to start the withdrawal of forces in Stanytsia Luhanska, Luhansk region. Alexander Hug, First Deputy Head of the OSCE SMM in Donbas said this during the briefing in Kyiv. ‘The sides also agreed to withdraw the troops and weapons from the division line in this area. However, no progress was demonstrated in this regard; troops stay there, and there’s than 300 meters between the conflicting parties. Our observers report shell craters every day,’ Hug said.

The OSCE SMM official added that the disengagement in Petrivske and Zolote works fine. ‘There were no reports about ceasefire violations there,’ he said.
