OSCE SMM called militants’ military parade on May 9 violation of Minsk agreement

Heavy weapons are to appear at the parade of "DPR" and "LPR"

OSCE Special Monitoring Mission called military parade on May 9 by militants a violation of Minsk agreement. This was reported by Alexander Hug, the Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine.

"The so-called "LPR" has already informed us that they are planning to violate Minsk agreement. We have already highlighted in our reports that the presence of these weapons is a violation of Minsk agreement and these arms should not be there in accordance with the arrangements, which were signed b the so-called "LPR" and "DPR"," Hug announced.

It is noteworthy that militants of the so-called "DPR" are planning to hold military parade on May 9.
