There is a threat of potential humanitarian and ecological disaster in Avdiivka. This was stated by Deputy Gead of the OSCE special monitoring mission in Ukraine, Alexander Hug at a briefing.

"Now the stakes are raised, there is the threat of a potential humanitarian and ecological disaster. The attacks damage the city industrial area, infrastructure, water and electricity supply. Gas must function regardless of where the conventional demarcation line that separates the combined social and economic networks is", he said.
