‘Another impediment to OSCE monitoring and Minsk violation: SMM auxiliary camera equipment stolen/destroyed at so-called DPR-controlled Oktiabr mine’, reads the message at OSCE SMM’s Twitter.

Currently, the SMM has three surveillance video cameras on its disposal along the division line in Donbas. They are placed in Avdiivka town, Shyrokyne village, and not far from Oktyabrskaya coal mine, near Donetsk airport. The latter was actually stolen, the message says.
