OSCE observers will set new patrol bases in Donbas in the near time; Alexander Hug, first deputy head of OSCE SMM in Ukraine reported this at a Tuesday briefing.

‘Currently, there are operable OSCE bases in Stakhaniv, Debaltseve, Horlivka and other non-controlled areas (held by pro-Russian militants, - 112 International). In the near time, we’re going to re-open the base in Stanytsia Luhanska. The previous base that we opened is set in Popasna, Luhansk region; a team of our observers works there around the clock. Monitoring routes reach the border with Russia,’ Hug said.
