Ombudsman asks to convoy Ukrainian prisoner closer to Ukraine

Valeriya Lutkovska requested to transfer Stanislav Klykh to the colony near the borders of the country

Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights Valeriya Lutkovska addressed her Russian collegue with the request to help change a place of service of sentence for Stanislav Klykh. This was reported by the press service of the Ombudsman.

Lutkovska asked to transfer Stanislav Klykh to the penitentiary facility closer to the administrative borders of Ukraine so that his relatives were able to visit him.

Earlier it was reported that Karpyuk, Klykh fell victims of Russian parody on justice. Ignoring Klykh’s medical condition, despite the evidence demonstrating his vulnerability, is cruel and inhuman, according to Amnesty International’s rapporteur.
