No Ukrainian soldier was killed or wounded over past 24 hours in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) zone. This was reported by Oleksandr Motuzyanyk, the speaker of Defence Ministry on ATO issues during the briefing.

“There were no killed or wounded over the past day as a result of hostilities,” Motuzyanyk reported.

Krymske was the hot spot in Luhansk direction, enemy used light weapons and mortars there. 20 mortar shells were launched at ATO positions in total. 2 provocations with small arms were recorded in Popasna Raion.

In Donetsk direction, militants used light armament to attack Avdiivka almost twenty-four-seven. Two mortar shots occurred in Avdiivka industrial area, enemy also fired tank three times nearby. Mortars were used to shell Nevelske and Opytne. Insurgents attacked with small arms at Svitlodarsk bulge. 24 attacks reported overall in Donetsk direction.

In Mariupol direction, militants launched 20 Grad rockets at Krasnohorivka. They attacked with a tank, repeatedly fired mortars. Small arms were used at Pavlopil-Shyrokyne area. 35 ceasefire violations were recorded in Mariupol direction over the period.

As it was reported earlier today, separatists attacked Ukrainian Armed Forces 63 times.
