Members of the trilateral contact group in Minsk will gather in the Belarusian capital next week. Yuriy Tandyt, the Counselor to the Head of Ukraine’s Security Service (the SBU), said this on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.
‘As for the humanitarian subdivision of the group… it’s really crucial for us to release those hostages who are still there. We will go for any dialogue to release our POWS. Whatever it takes… we need to release 109 people, and find another 500 who’d gone missing. We are also discussing issues of movement through checkpoints. I get calls from out there; our guys report gunfire and attacks on our transport vehicles after dark,’ Tandyt said.
