The cause of death of three marines under Mariupol turned out to be mine accident. This became known after the examination, according to the correspondent of "112 Ukraine" TV channel.

The examination also confirmed that the bodies belonged to the three missing marines: 50-year-old Sergeant Nikolai Okhrymenko, 23-year-old junior sergeant Sergey Sonko and 30-year-old senior sailor Sergey Trubin.

As it was reported, the Navy press service published the names of three victims on January 13.
