Militants use Grads in Avdiivka, 67 attacks reported

Militants continued to shell Avdiivka from heavy weapons - BM-21 Grad, 152 and 122-mm artillery, tanks for the past 24 hours. This was reported by the press center of the ATO in Facebook.

Russia-backed occupants attacked Ukrainian defenders several times and having suffered losses had to retreat each time. Despite the agreements yesterday the enemies shelled Ukraine Armed Forces positions in Avdiivka area. They were firing from the artillery of different calibers on Verkhnyotoretske.

In Mariupol direction, militants used BM-21 Grad and 122-mm artillery in Vodyane. Tank fire was recorded near Krasnohorivka, as well as 122-mm artillery, 120 and 82 mm mortars, grenade launchers and small arms. Hranitne, Bohdanivka, Shyrokyne was fired on from 122-mm artillery, mortars. Militants shelled Mariinka, Chermalyk from mortars of different calibers. They also shelled Shyrokyne, Novotroitske, Novomykhailivka and Novohryhorivka.

In Luhansk direction occupants shelled Krymske, and Vrubivka from 152 and 122-mm artillery, Katerynivka, Novozvanivka, Troitske and Popasna - from mortars. They also shelled Krymske from  small arms.

There were 67 attacks in total. Two Ukrainian soldiers were killed during the past 24 hours, ten were injured and four – traumatized.

Earlier it was reported that 55 attacks were reported in Donbas, according to ATO HQ. One Ukrainian soldier got wounded.
