Militants reduce number of Ukrainian hostages by half. This was reported by the Vice Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada and representative of Ukraine at the Minsk peace talks regarding the War in Donbas Iryna Herashchenko after the Skype press-conference.

"They did not confirm they have 110 hostages required to release by the Security Service and the Minsk Group and say that they only have half of this number. They demand from the Ukrainian side to immediately return 700 people to certain areas of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions and they plan to release less than 50," she wrote.
