Currently the militants do not give permission to repair the water supply in Toretsk. This was reported by the Head of Donetsk Military Administration Head Pavlo Zhebrivskyi on air of 112 Ukraine TV channel.

"For today, unfortunately, the militants and the Russian aggressors do not give permission to repair the water supply system. It is 900-mm pipe, which is in the gray zone. We need two-tree days to repair, the pipe has to be cut out and replaced. They do not give permission so we deliver water. The water is delivered today by 18 car and we bring from 260 to 300 tons of water a day. I think that today we will open schools and kindergartens, as drinking water is being delivered. We will hold meeting today at 13 o'clock and determine with the military officers what to do, because 35 houses are cut off, 2356 people are without heating. There is a problem that the water we fill into the system, is poured out by people," Zhebrivskyi said.
