The militants cut metal equipment at “Maria-Glyboka” mine to scrap and take it to Russia because of difficult economic situation. This was reported by the Defense Ministry Speaker on ATO Andriy Lysenko during the briefing.

“Militants cut metal equipment at “Maria-Glyboka” mine in occupied Pervomaisk (former name – Mezhynski mine) to scrap and take it to Russia because of the difficult and prospectless economic situation”

According to Ukrainian intelligence this happens "because of the failure of so-called "authorities" on the temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine, to ensure functioning of the industry."

Earlier it was reported that Russia’s 59th humanitarian convoy takes away bodies of 40 militants from morgues. Defense Ministry Speaker on ATO emphasized that it was the real reason for sending the convoy to Ukraine.
