Maintenance crews got to start the repair of power lines, broken as a result of shelling, which provide electricity for Avdiivka Coke Plant and Donetsk filtration plant. This was reported on the Twitter page of the OSCE SMM.

“The repair works have finally started. SMM is still supporting local ceasefire along with the Joint Coordination Center for Ceasefire Monitoring. It should last,” the message says.

As it was reported earlier, Russian side in the Joint Coordination Center for Ceasefire Monitoring provided written ceasefire guarantees in Avdiivka for Sunday, February 5.
