The OSCE SMM faces the difficulties with access to the uncontrolled by Ukraine territories of Donbas. The Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Alexander Hug claimed this as RBK-Ukraine reported.

'The ban to access (for OSCE SMM) is the typical situation, particularly for the territories, which is not under control of the government', Hug said.

He noted that the group of the observers was stopped at the checkpoint during the attempt to come to Debaltseve.

The OSCE SMM observers noted the increasing of the cease-fire regime violation in 25%  in Donbas for the first week of July.
