The officers of the border guard department of the FSB arrested two Ukrainians at the checkpoint in the occupied Crimea. This was reported by RIA News with reference to the press service of the Russian FSB.

A 26 year-old young man was detained at the Dzhankoy checkpoint.“During the documents’ check it was found out that the man was issued a wanted notice by the initiative of the Sevastopol’s internal affairs bodies,” the message says.

Russian FSB claims that a young man is suspected of stealing an expensive golden necklace that he torn off the victim and later ran away from Crimea.

Apart from that, a female citizen of Ukraine was detained on her way out of peninsula.

“During the documents’ check it was found out that she was issued a wanted notice for committing a crime,” the FSB says.

She was accused of giving false documents to receive Russian citizenship.

As of now, two Ukrainian citizens were forbidden to leave Crimea.

Earlier it was reported that Crimea is “informal zone of anarchy”, according to the Poland’s MFA. Polish diplomats called on Russia to stop occupation of the peninsula.
