Foreign Ministry recommends Ukrainians to stay alert while in Yerevan

The authority’s press service urges citizens to keep their IDs with them during their period of stay in Armenia

The citizens are highly recommended to stay alert for their own safety during their stay in the country, reads the message. The Ministry urges Ukrainian citizens to keep away from Erebuni district and the downtown, particularly the Freedom Square, and do not participate in any sort of manifestations or protest actions. The Ministry also recommends obeying the instructions of local law enforcement agencies and carrying IDs at all times.

In case of emergency, Ukrainian citizens should turn to their embassy in Armenia by phone or e-mail, or contact the 24/7 hot line of the Foreign Ministry.
