The uncontrolled by Ukraine territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions could be quickly released if there was the guarantee from Russia not to send in the troops. The Head of Donetsk Region Military Civil Administration Pavlo Zhebrivsky claimed this at the airing of 112 Ukraine.

'I remember the Croatian variant when the part of Croatia was released in few days. But it is forgotten that there was the NATO guarantee that Serbia would not send in troops. If there was such guarantee in Ukraine that Russia would not send in the troops at the temporary occupied Donbas and Luhansk we would release the territories as quickly as the Croatians. Those people who tell that we should attack, should clearly realize that there is threaten from the Russian side', he said.

According to the results of the recent opinion poll of Democratic initiatives foundation shows that 70% of the respondents are ready for the compromises for the peace at the East of Ukraine and only 18% stands for peace in any price.
