Denis Pushilin, one of the chiefs of the so-called “Donetsk People’s Republic”, representing militants during Minsk negotiations of the trilateral contact group, expressed his readiness to negotiate with the Ukrainian MP Nadiya Savchenko on the issue of prisoners’ exchange. He announced that before the meeting of the committee, reported by TASS.

"If she is able to speak as a person who takes and promotes the decisions about the prisoners exchange, then we are ready to talk to her. I do not exclude and I can’t state that Savchenko can manage that (get the exchange process restarted), but there is such a chance,” said Pushilin.
