The Russia-backed militants began the day with six shelling of the Ukrainian locations. The press service of the Headquarters of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported this at Facebook.

'This day in the Donbas Conflict zone is described by the decrease of the provocative shellings of the Ukrainian locations. At the same time, the enemy continue to use the armament that should be withdrawn from the line of the demarcation', the Headquarters reported.

The militants opened the fire at the Ukrainian location near Krasnogorivka from the mortar launcher with the 82-mm mines at Mariupol direction. Later they again used the mortar launchers with 82 and 120-mm mines to shell Krasnogorivka. The enemy shelled Pavlopil from the grenade launchers and heavy machine guns.

The Russia-backed militants also used the 82mm mortar launcher from the side of Chervony Lyman to shell the Ukrainian locations in Trokhizbenka at the Luhansk direction.
