The leader the so-called DNR Alexander Zakharchenko said that the visit of the People's Deputy of Ukraine Nadiya Savchenko to the occupied Donetsk is unlikely to help the exchange of prisoners process. This writes DAN, the militants' informational resource.

"The arrival of Savchenko will help the prisoners exchange? I strongly doubt it", he said.

According to him, Savchenko came to occupied city in order to show the importance of the exchange of prisoners.

Earlier Ukrainian Deputy of Verkhovna Rada Nadiya Savchenko and Volodymyr Ruban, the head of Ukrainian center for prisoners release, arrived at the penitentiary in Makiivka, where Ukrainian war prisoners are being kept.

Later, Nadiya Savchenko, commenting on her visit to the uncontrolled "DPR" territory, claimed that she willingly took the risk to release Ukrainian prisoners

"I ask all Ukraine to support me as you supported me when I was in captivity. Now I was willingly risking my life to release our Ukrainian prisoners and bring the humanitarian component of Minsk process to final. I am requesting assistance from Ukraine and the world. Is it not easy, but I’m fighting!" Savchenko wrote.
