“We confirm there is a constant supply route of military cargo to the temporarily occupied territory. It is located near Kuyubyshevo, Rostov region, Russia, not far from Marynivka, the former checkpoint in Donetsk region. The convoys come from Russia in small groups, three vehicles each, with two-kilometer gap between them”, said Oleg Slobodyan, the Assistant Head of Ukraine’s State Border Guard Service.

According to him, the vehicles cross the Ukrainian border in the dead of night so as to avoid being spotted by Ukraine’s border guards and international monitors. This way, Russia sends militants firearms, ammunition and spare parts for vehicles.
