The vehicles from Noginsky rescue centre (Moscow region) are on the way to Rostov region; TASS reported this with reference to Russia’s Emergency Service. The 55th humanitarian convoy for Donbas will be formed there; cars from other regions will join the convoy.
Russia has been sending the so-called humanitarian convoy to the occupied area of Donbas since summer 2014. The Russian government says vans carry food, medicine, various tools, literature and other humanitarian cargo. The Ukrainian authorities insist that the Kremlin uses these vans as the disguise for providing weapons, ammunition and reinforcements for pro-Russian militants.
