All tank units in Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) zone are on alert. This was reported by Ukraine’s President Petro Poroshenko during the visit to Luhansk region, according to presidential press service.

"Today, according to Minsk agreement, heavy artillery and tanks, heavy weapons are withdrawn from the front lines. However, all tank formations, all tank units remain combat ready. We have learned it just now. They are ready to return to positions in no time to strengthen defenses if needed," president said.

It is noteworthy that Petro Poroshenko visits the location of 17th tank brigade in Luhansk region in disengagement area.
