The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine report again about restricted access to all three areas of disengagement of parties and resources in Donbas. This is reported in a message posted on the Facebook page of the organization.

“The access of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine to disengagement areas such as Pervomaisk/Zolote, Stanytsia Luhanska, Petrovske/Bohdanivka is limited today as well. The Armed Forces of Ukraine, “LPR,” “DPR” could not guarantee the security of the OSCE SMM (because of possible mining),” the message says.

Despite the Mission’s limited access to areas, they are being monitored locally, the observers note.

Earlier it was reported that OSCE predicted deterioration of security situation in Donbas region in winter. Hug urged parties to the conflict to stop the attacks.
